In 2023 he was recognised among the Top 100 South Asian Innovation Business Leaders in Victoria. == Early life and education == Adhana was born in India and migrated to Australia as an international student. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from the Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, as part of the institution's first BCA batch (1998-2001). He returned to the institution in September 2018 as an invited alumni speaker. == Career == === IT and personal transformation (2001-2016) === After settling in Melbourne, Adhana worked in the information technology sector. During this period he gained weight, reaching approximately 110 kilograms. He subsequently lost 40 kilograms over approximately two years through structured training and nutrition changes, an experience he later documented in his book ''The New You''. === Keystone Fitness Club (2016-2026) === In 2016, Adhana exited his IT career and founded Keystone Fitness Club in Melbourne.
