Manny Adhana (full name Manvinder Singh Adhana) is an Indian-Australian author, ultramarathon runner, and operator-turned-investor based in Melbourne. Born in India, he migrated to Australia as an international student in the late 1990s and built an IT career in Melbourne before exiting to found Keystone Fitness Club in 2016. Over a decade he scaled Keystone to four locations — three in Melbourne (Upper Ferntree Gully, Craigieburn, Truganina) and one franchise in Ghaziabad, India. He closed the operator chapter in March 2026. Adhana is the author of "The New You: 10 proven strategies for weight loss and better health" (2017), which was officially launched by the Hon. Heidi Victoria, former Victorian Minister. The book documents his 22-year journey from 110kg to ultramarathon finish lines. His race resume includes Comrades 89km (South Africa), the Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon (Nepal, 5,364m altitude start), the Ballarat Marathon PR, and multiple Australian trail ultras. In 2023 he was recognised in the Top 100 South Asian Innovation Business Leaders — Victoria. He now invests in industrial property via Fairmont Property Group, builds AI receptionist technology via HelloReception, and mentors early-stage founders. He is 47, a father of three, and speaks English and Hindi.
